Felipe Luz (he/they) is a multi-hyphenate from Southern Brasil – land occupied by the Mbyá Guaraní people before colonization. He’s fond of works that exceed labels, push boundaries, and blur lines between traditional drama/post-dramatic art, fiction/reality, feminine/masculine. He’s a Bachelor of Acting from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a 3rd year Acting MFA candidate at Ohio University, where he teaches acting for non-majors. He’s a current Miranda Family Fellow. He has recently written, produced and performed in "Men are trash and I'm a raccoon", a campy and kinky autobiographical solo show about his experience on dating apps. Felipe believes that everyone should live their lives as a work of art. He doesn’t always get to, but certainly tries.
